At Tropolite, he leads finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, and MIS, with a focus on strengthening financial controls, driving operational efficiency, and enabling sustainable business growth.

Sandeep Dhar is Vice President, Sales at Tropolite based in New Delhi. With over 24 years of experience in Sales and Business Development, he has led pan-India sales operations across B2C and B2B channels with organisations such as Ferrero India, Mars Wrigley’s, Godrej Pillsbury, and Perfetti Van Melle.
 

His expertise includes national sales leadership, channel expansion, business growth acceleration, and strategic account management across FMCG categories. At Tropolite, he leads Sales across Bakery and Food Service channels, strengthening market presence and driving growth. He holds an MBA in Marketing and an Honours degree in English from Delhi University.

Nikhil Singh is the General Manager, Marketing at Tropolite, with over 9 years of experience across FMCG and consumer brands. He has worked with Ferrero India, ESME Consumer, Rich Products Corporation, and Kotak Mahindra Bank, leading brand strategy, new product development, digital initiatives, and go-to-market execution.
 

An MBA from SDA Bocconi and a Computer Science graduate, Nikhil drives Tropolite’s marketing charter, focusing on brand growth, product innovation, and strategic communication while strengthening the company’s presence in the professional bakery and food solutions space.

Jitendra Parihar leads Operations & Quality at Tropolite, based at the Gwalior Campus. With nearly 18 years of experience across India, AMEA, and Global Emerging Markets, he brings strong expertise in manufacturing excellence, food safety, and operational transformation.
 

A B.Tech in Food Science & Technology and an MBA in Operations from Thapar School of Management, he has held leadership roles at General Mills India, ConAgra Foods India, Hindustan Coca-Cola India, and Shaktibhog Foods. At Tropolite, he focuses on driving manufacturing excellence while strengthening food safety, compliance, and operational efficiency across the bakery, dairy, and culinary ingredients portfolio.

Amit Talwar is Head – Key Accounts & Frozen Foods at Tropolite, based in New Delhi. With over two decades of experience in QSR operations, HORECA sales, business growth, and operations management; he has led key business functions across PAN India with organisations such as Mrs. Bector Foods, ROC Foods and Polo Towers.

His expertise includes key account management, distributor network development, P&L management, strategic planning, and operational excellence across the food service and hospitality industry. He has successfully built and managed partnerships with marquee brands such as McDonald’s, Subway, and Pizza Hut. At Tropolite, he focuses on strengthening strategic partnerships, accelerating business growth, and expanding market presence.

Vijay Verma is the Business Head of Dairy & Industrial Ingredients vertical at Tropolite, with over 25 years of experience in strategic Business Development, New Projects, Manufacturing & HR Operations. He has worked with organizations such as Cooperative Bank, Karvy, Kumar Shares & associate companies of Tropolite Foods.

He brings strong expertise in shaping, structuring of new business, people development and building high-performance teams. Vijay Verma holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from Punjab Technical University. At Tropolite, he leads the Dairy & Industrial Ingredients along with Merchant Exports.
