  2. Step Two: Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl. Set apart. In another dish, thoroughly combine 1/2 cup hot water and 1/2 cup oil. Give it some time to cool.
  3. Step Three: Now add the milk and vanilla essence to the oil-water mixture and mix well. Next, add the yogurt, and stir everything up carefully. Pour the wet components into the dry ingredients while whisking them together.
  4. Step Four: Fill the already oiled baking pan with the mixture, and bake for 35-40 minutes at 160°C, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
