Storage

Store in a cool & dry place in the tightly closed original packing.

Usage Directions

  1. Take Dosa Mix (1 Packet) in a bowl. Add water and mix to form a smooth batter.
  2. Heat nonstick or iron tava over medium flame. Sprinkle few drops of water on the surface. If water drops sizzle & evaporates with in few seconds, tava is hot enough to cook. Apply 1/2 teaspoon Oil on the tava & spread it evenly with a spatula or a clean wet cloth.
  3. Pour batter in the center of tava. Spread batter in a spiral motion by rotating spoon.
  4. Apply 1 teaspoon Oil around the edges of Dosa, then roast till golden brown on medium flame & serve hot.
