How to Make It?

Ingredients

For dry cake

  1. Tropigel muffin mix vanilla 250 gm
  2. Oil 88 gm
  3. Water 63 gm
  4. Egg 100 gm

For banoffee sauce

  1. Sugar 25 gm

  2. Butter 12 gm

  3. Flexi cream 50 gm

  4. Milk maid 20 gm

Additional required

  1. Crystal whipping cream 150 gm
  2. Fresh banana 60 gm

For decorating

  1. Caramel jelly 15 gm
  2. White jelly 15 gm
  3. Chocolate 20 gm

Process

Step 1

For Base:

  • Preheat oven on 180° C
  • In a mixing bowl take egg & water and mix for 1 min. Add Tropolite Muffin Mix and oil and mix for 2 min.
  • Pour the batter into a well-greased baking Pan and bake for 30 min.
  • Remove from oven and leave it cool.

Step 2

For Banoffee Sauce:

  • Add butter and cook for another 1 min.
  • Remove from flame, leave it cool for 10 min. Now mix the Milkmaid into it.
  • Cover the cake with banana cream and decorate with white jelly & caramel jelly.
  • Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.

Step 3

Cake Assembling:

  • Take The Vanilla cake and with a toothpick make holes in it, pour the banoffee sauce and rest for 5 min.
  • Cut banana into small pieces and fold into the whipping cream.
  • Cover the cake with banana cream and decorate with white jelly & caramel jelly
  • Decorate/Garnish with Chocolate.
